At Coachella and Stagecoach I was on site from setup through three show weekends and teardown, adapting the deployment so payments could disappear into the event.
The product was live. The risk function wasn't.
I designed the first layer of risk control around a live payments business: visibility, ownership, repeatable decisions, then evidence for what to build next.
